MAKE A SCHEDULED PAYMENT FOR MY EVENT:

Click on the "PAY NOW" button below,  Enter your due amount into the form provided on the checkout page.  If you have a PayPal account, fill in your log-in information.  If you do not have a PayPal account, click on the link in the bottom right corner of the checkout page.

 

PLANNING GUIDE FOR OUR DISC JOCKEY CLIENTS:

STEP 1.  Sign your contract and fax it back to your booking agent.

STEP 2.  Fill out your event planning form for your event, at least, 2 weeks prior to your wedding or special event.

STEP 3.  Having trouble choosing music for your playlist?

STEP 4.  Talk to your disc jockey!  Traditionally, your meetings and calls with your DJ will take place 1 1/2 months prior to your event.

STEP 5.  Meet with your disc jockey! A conference call typically lasts 20-30 minutes.  In-person meetings last 30-45 minutes.



PLANNING GUIDE FOR OUR EVENT LIGHTING DESIGN CLIENTS:

STEP 1.  Sign your contract and fax it back to your booking agent.

STEP 2.  Fill out your pre-consultation form if you have not already completed one.

STEP 3.  Send your lighting designer the color selections for your event (within 1-2 months of your event date).

STEP 4.  Notify your lighting designer as to when he and his team can arrived for setup (contact him or her within 1 week of the event date).

STEP 5.  Confirm with your event facility that an event lighting design team will be arriving on the day of your event.
