Lighting Pre-Consultation Form


Purpose:

In many cases, we already have room layouts designed for facilities in the Austin, Dallas, & Houston metroplexes.

By submitting this form, your lighting designer can provide you with a custom lighting quote for your upcoming event.

If you are requesting pricing for LED accent uplighting or a LED full room color wash, your designer will use your facility location, event room name, and square footage to estimate the amount of lighting equipment needed to provide the most affordable coverage.  Quotes are emailed out within 72 business hours, in the case that all necessary information is included on the quote request form below.

If we do not have a room layout on file for your facility or discover that additional information is needed, you will be contacted immediately by our lighting department, Intelligent Lighting Design (ILD Lighting).
